Jack rushed to get a better view of the swarm. They had reached the halfway point of the tower

'What the hell now?!' Kate asked.
'They're makin' their fuckin' way up here!!'
'Quick, look around for somethin' we can get down with!' The two searched the place for something useful, no luck.
'Damn! I don't wanna die in a place like this!!' Crete said, madly looking everywhere.
'C'mon Boris, hurry up! Search for somethin'!' Kate said. 'We can only count on luck now...' she said to Crete.
'Yeah I guess... anyway, try to hold them back for a while! Like drop anything handful at them.'
'Good idea...' Kate agreed...

*Jack knew he had to save them somehow, to stop that swarm. He made up his mind then walked towards the swarm in a seemingly suicidal move. HE blasted two successive shotgun blasts into the mound of undead, then continued walking then a flash of movement and Sosuke was in the middle of the crowd holding his own, his lightning fast movements being the end of a great many zombies*

'Wait... something's happening outside...' Crete said.
Kate: 'Like what?!'
Crete: 'No! It can't be! It's Jack and Sosuke!'
Kate: 'What?!'
'They are here?' Boris added.

Jack clammored up the emergency ladder on the side of the tower then heaved himself into the ledge then opened the door and jumped in, Sosuke flipped into the room moments after

"Hey.."
"YOU!!!!??!" The group shouted in unison

'I thought you flew away hours before! What are you doin' here?' Kate asked suprisingly.
'Same question here, only I'd asked it a little bit harder...' Crete added. 'So?'

"Gahd, I'm trying to fucking save you, you'd think you'd show some gratitude..."
"What my inept friend means to say is that we have to get you out of here. Now."
"Well, how?!"
"We break through that swarm and make a break for the Umbrella blockade."
"Uh-huh, like we can pull THAT off!"
"You're a crazy American!"
"Augh, quit talking lets move!"
"Augh, you Americans, all ze same!"
